Who We Are
Our Vision
We are a group of individuals in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, living with Parkinson's Disease, their caregivers, families, and friends. We recognize those already living with Parkinson's, those newly diagnosed and those still seeking a diagnosis all need a wide range of resources and accessible services. We provide information to assist in the management of Parkinson's disease.

Our Values
We recognize that Parkinson’s is a complex disease requiring a multidisciplinary approach not readily available, particularly in rural regions. We believe that funds donated to Parkinson’s Community Network should stay in this area and address local needs. We believe in supporting our community and we are here to help.
What We Offer
